THE FOUNDER & GROUP CEO- ISAL GROUP LIMTED

Mr. Iain Damiene Atsu Selormey is the Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of ISAL Group Limited. He brings to the role a distinguished, multi-sectoral career that spans over three decades within Ghana’s dynamic and evolving business landscape.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK. He also earned an MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana Business School, a foundation that has equipped him with both strategic insight and hands-on operational expertise.

His remarkable entrepreneurial journey began in 1992, with a keen interest in trading and transportation. What started as a modest vision fuelled by hard work, resilience, and determination has steadily evolved into what is now ISAL Group, a diversified holding company with a footprint across several industries.

Over the years, he has come to value not only the importance of building successful businesses but also the deeper purpose of building people and enduring legacies. He is a passionate entrepreneur who strongly believes in Ghana’s immense potential and, more importantly, in the transformative role that young people can play in shaping a vibrant and competitive business environment.
